Daffodils

Daffodils seem to be the only plant that survives the ravages of our local bunnies and squirrels. I few years ago I tried to plant tulips and it became a squirrel buffet, with squirrels coming from miles around to party in our yard! I won’t make that mistake again.

Thankfully, a landscaper told us about the amazing variety of daffodils that exist – I had not idea! Each of the ones we selected blooms at a slightly different time, and they make a cheery display on our dining room table until the rest of our Spring flowers emerge.
