Metal Forming #4 – Part 2

Here are my practice pieces from the final Metal Forming class before Christmas. Anticlastic forming wasn’t super hard, but the spiculum was a real challenge. It was hard to imagine how the paper pattern would translate to metal. And really hard for me to get the metal to do what I wanted!

Of everything I learned in this class, making bowls was my favorite. I imagine I’ll be doing more of that at home, soon!
