I have been traveling a lot for work, and it’s been a challenge to stick to the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP). This post is a little celebration of surviving nine days of travel, and eating well the whole time.
This is a salad with mixed greens, radicchio, endives, little sprouts, sautéed meat, and a little garnish of Kite Cheese (made from fermented almonds).
While I was in Southern California I found these beautiful purple Brussels sprouts, a first for me:
Below is a breakfast casserole, mostly sulphur vegetables (in keeping with the Wahls Protocol), because they are harder to find when I travel. It’s riced cauliflower, steamed Brussels sprouts, sautéed onions and mushrooms, and some ground chicken.
